At Bushwakka Adventure Gear, we want you to be fully prepared for your next journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your gear doesn't fit the mission, we are committed to making the exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
